Foundation donates "comfort homes," built on the grounds of major
military and VA medical centers. These homes enable family members to be close
to a loved one at the most stressful times - during the hospitalization for an
unexpected illness, disease, or injury.
Homes for Our
Troops, is committed to helping those who have selflessly given to our country
and have returned home with serious disabilities and injuries since September
11, 2001. Homes for Our Troops works to raise money, building materials and
professional labor and to coordinate the process of building a home that
provides maximum freedom of movement and the ability to live more
independently.
Wounded Warrior Project, their mission is to honor and empower wounded warriors. To foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded warriors in this nation's history.
